Founders
Mr. Sandeep Shukla
Sandeep Shukla, the founder of Single Step Associates, embarked on his career journey in 2007 as a Management Trainee at Vistara Township. Through dedication and hard work, he swiftly climbed the ranks to become Manager at the same township. Following the successful completion of the Vistara Township Project in 2014, Sandeep established his firm, Single Step Associates.
Under his leadership, Single Step Associates has undertaken numerous residential projects and brokerage ventures, leaving a mark in both Indore and Pune real estate markets. Currently, Single Step Associates is actively involved in a new project in Pune, demonstrating Sandeep’s commitment to delivering excellence in every endeavor.
Mr. Ashish Agrawal
Ashish Kumar Agrawal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the commercial and financial sectors. He began his career in 2004 as a Commercial Representative at M P Agro BRK Foods Private Limited, where he worked for 13 years. In 2017, he transitioned to the insurance and financial services industry, excelling as a Wealth Manager and specializing in products from LIC, Tata, Star Health, and mutual funds. His dedication and performance have earned him the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification five times.
At 44 years old, Ashish manages a substantial portfolio valued at 1.5 Crore. His comprehensive knowledge and strategic approach have made him a trusted advisor to his clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their futures. Ashish continues to leverage his extensive experience to provide top-tier financial services and build lasting relationships with his clients.
